Default Howdy!

Cool Site!
I'm a total n00b when it comes to DOD, so if you see someone running
around humping a panzerfaust it will probably be me.

BTW: Dash RipRock turned me onto the game and your excellent servers.
He and I go way, way, way back.... 7th grade. Some 25 years ago.

damn it!!! i just made a thread to welcome you!!!
oh well now you got two of them you gotta feel special
"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."
~Thomas Jefferson

"The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin. Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough money to buy it back again...Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in. But if you want to continue to be slaves of the banks and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit."
~Sir Josiah Stamp

"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the Republic is destroyed. I feel at this moment more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before, even in the midst of war."
~Abraham Lincoln

Welcome aboard matey !
Playing day of defeat is like being on a vacation to some wind swept tropical island where topless native women serve up pina coladas and fancy bottled beer to meet my every need as I sit on top of a tiger tank and they smile knowingly at me as I mg 42 the whole opposing team coming out of spawn !

Thanks All!!
Awesome game, but man I suck at it.
Ran into some great players tonite, some seriously sneaky mofos' galore.
Let's see, I need to learn the maps, weapons, and commands.
But other than that...
PS. I want to apologize in advance for tilting the balance in favor of whatever team I wasn't on at the time.
