Hi fellas,

I came by to tell everyone that Ray's Dad received the flowers that Wolfman ordered and he was very moved by such an act of kindness from so many people. He had no idea who any of you all were and he asked me if I knew any of the names. I recognized a few of the nicks and guessed the flowers were from the Dexworld community.

Ray's Dad asked me to tell all of you firstly, "thanks" and secondly... "if Ray touched your life in a positive way... then pass it on to the next person. Whether it be his crazy jokes or funny laugh... whatever it is... share that with someone so the memory of Raymond will be in all of our hearts and not forgotten."

I had visited with Raymond's parents the day the flowers arrived and I was surprised as well. I'm glad he had all of you as friends and please know he is in a better place now. Ray was/is a Christian so if you live the Faith... have peace in knowing that you'll be seeing him again.

If anyone has any questions about the funeral or if you have any thoughts or comments for his folks... I'd be happy to relay the information or try to get them to contact you. They had mentioned putting an ad out in the local paper with a "thank you" to all the people that have been offering their concern and support over this tragedy.

Regards,
Bill Powery

Thanks Xero. One has to appreciate the tremendous strength Ray's parent must have to bury their son. I remember the pain my dad went through when my step brother was killed in a bike accident as well. He was only 23. There is nothing that can be said that will erase the pain. Kudos to Wolfman for his thought and quick action gettiing the flowers organized.
